Fairer Future Fund Project in patnership with Bethel Health & Healing Network. Engaging women through weekly support groups, voicenotes to the NHS in somali and training 2 listening partners and 2 doulas.

Baby Feeding
Our team is dedicated to supporting mothers to navigate parenthood. Providing guidance on feeding routines to help ensure babies nutritional needs are met. Promoting the health and wellbeing of both mothers and babies and creating a safe space to explore key childcare topics.

Blood Pressure Training
Understanding blood pressure, recognising the risks, learn how to use blood pressure machines and learning to identify warning signs and how to reduce high blood pressure.

Peer Support Workshops
Understanding the principals of peer support, reflective listening, identifying strengths and creating safe supporting relationships.

Cultural Submersion Programme
Welcoming NHS workers and students and university researchers to come into SOS Education Charity, to share experiences of the community. This is about co-creating research that matters to the wider community in order to improve people's experiences of interacting with the NHS.
